In this blog post, we will shortly describe the life of Monte Ralph Rissell, who recently has become widely known in the media. But it has been shown that the opposite occurs, rather it is a complete disaster. Since then, Rissell has been up for parole every year, and every year he has been denied. Before committing a series of murders, he was again responsible for a series of rapes, he committed his first rape at the age of 14 after breaking into the apartment of a female neighbour. The following year he was arrested for driving without a license, and when he was 14 he was arrested for stealing a car, and the rape and robbery of his neighbour, who he attacked at knife point while wearing a mask. He moved to Alexandria, Virginia where he would commit 5 different murders between 1976 and 1977. Two years before this crime, Rissell was put on probation for allegedly breaking into an apartment and stealing about $100 worth of items. He also told investigators that he would have become a lawyer if he had been allowed to stay with his dad rather than his mum, who he despised.
