Vascular neurology fellows are on call one weekend out of every four weekends, and on weeknights during inpatient rotations. With a focus on clinical practice and research, the ACGME-accredited Vascular Neurology Fellowship at the NIH/NINDS Stroke Program is designed for neurologists who seek to become experts in the management of cerebrovascular disorders. Fellows are actively involved in the research activities of the Brain and Mind Research Institute (BMRI) and the Clinical Translational Neuroscience Unit (CTNU). To be eligible for the vascular neurology fellowship, you must have successfully completed three years of an ACGME-approved neurology residency training program in the United States.
